YOUR ROLE
You connect with realtors, custom home builders, designers, decorators, and contractors. Forge business opportunities and lock down profitable deals. Driven to meet and exceed your targets, you speak with prospects about their flooring needs and show them why we're the best option for the job. Your success directly affects your paycheck, and you get what you put in.
Here's what we need from our Sales Representative:
Sales Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial sector (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, educational, and healthcare facilities)
- Conduct warm and cold calling to generate new business leads. You must be comfortable and proactive with cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, property managers, and business owners
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and grow sales volume
- Experience in the flooring or remodeling industry or related field is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Regularly follow up with existing clients for new projects or to ensure satisfaction with completed projects
- Handle client complaints or concerns and ensure they are resolved quickly and satisfactorily
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch service and experience
