Job Description

Position Overview

This role focuses on supporting talent management initiatives throughout Store teams. The successful candidate will facilitate succession planning, performance reviews, and clear individual development plans. They will analyze talent pipelines to ensure a constant flow of candidates for Store Manager and other high impact leadership positions, while also helping to create an inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and different perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance reviews, and individual development plans throughout Store teams.
  • Analyze the talent pipeline to ensure a constant flow of internal and external candidates for Store Manager and high impact leadership positions.
  • Collaborate with Area Teams and Store Managers to create inclusive work environments focused on increasing diversity and valuing different perspectives.
  • Actively participate in the interview process for store leadership positions as needed.
  • Work closely with Store Management and colleagues to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Lead change management efforts to help teams adapt to new strategic initiatives and evolving business needs.
  • Track and achieve HR KPI’s and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
