Salary Range

Salary Range: The national salary range for this role is $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California, the range is $70,304 - $115,000, while in Washington, it's $80,169 - $115,000.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain insightful Power BI reports to guide operational and strategic decisions.
  • Handle full development of Power BI, including data visualization and back-end data model design.
  • Utilize SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to clean, model, and analyze data, uncovering trends and driving improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Support various functional teams (HR, Finance, etc.) with customized analytical solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through presentations and reports for internal and client use.
  • Leverage data from multiple systems that support our operations (Warehouse Management System, Timekeeping Systems, etc.).
  • Independently manage analytics projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for questions and support related to Power BI.

Required Experience

  • Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related area.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL or other scripting languages (like Python or R) for querying, cleaning, and transforming data.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, specifically in building dashboards and reports from the ground up.
  • Experience with writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports.
  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Must be able to work fully onsite if the role is based out of a warehouse.
