Job Summary:

The Account Executive is a results-driven sales professional responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth. This position will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will cover the western states. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work hours may vary based on client interactions and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and targeting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Nurturing client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to promote retention and growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication with internal teams.
  • Creating and presenting proposals and sales pitches.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and marketing events.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-based role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in baking.
  • Must have valid drivers license and carry personal auto insurance.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $65,000 annually.
  • 7% performance-based quarterly bonus.
  • 1% commission on all sales.
