Operations Coordinator - Night Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and enthusiastic individual who is ready to embark on a fast moving hospitality and foodservice career.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can engage, train, and supervise a team of coworkers. This supervisory role also requires strong organizational skills and close attention to detail. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage with all departments within the company and be exposed to opportunities for cross training.

Requirement

Must be able to begin employment soon.

Summary of Responsibilities

Coordinate various activities for the office, operations, production and sales team and work with management on daily responsibilities related to maintenance, building improvement, sales, operations and purchasing in both foodservice and retail. Be responsible for employee and building safety, safety training and product integrity programs.

Sample of Daily activities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
• Order selection.
• Very all orders pulled.
• Data entry of orders.
• Coordinating of routes.
• Hiring and training of operations team members.
• Participate in administrative functions related to physical inventory counts.
• Participate in inventory audit and verification procedures.
• Work with plant management on efficiencies and operations enhancement.

Experience and Skills Required

• Must be completely fluent in English and written and speaking skills must be excellent.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• MUST BE ABLE TO BEGIN EMPLOYMENT SOON.
• Motivated individual who is high energy and willing to learn the industry.
• Superior communication skills in English.
• Must be analytical and able to problem solve.
• Excellent team player.
• Good math skills.

Education

Associates Degree helpful

Other Experience

One year warehouse experience in fast paced environment.
