Junior Civil Engineer

Position Overview

BRADY, a regionally recognized municipal and utility consulting engineering firm, is seeking an energetic and self‐starting young engineer focused on structural engineering. This role works on a variety of municipal and utility projects in Southern California, offering the chance to work directly with clients while managing tasks and small projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of municipal and utility projects in Southern California
• Engage directly with clients
• Manage tasks and oversee small projects
• Coordinate and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of practical work experience
• Experience in structural engineering with an understanding of structural building codes
• Not required to have a Professional Engineering (PE) license, though candidates should preferably be in the process of obtaining one

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with an advanced degree in structural engineering may be considered even if their work experience falls outside the desired range
