Sales Rep - Part Time - Flexible Work

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is filling immediate sales positions where you will work directly with customers, sell our Cutco products, and place orders. This role offers a base pay (non-commission based) with an opportunity to earn more via commission. No previous experience is necessary, and we provide flexible schedules to help you balance your current commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and effectively sell Cutco products.
• Process and place customer orders accurately.
• Participate in virtual interviews followed by in-office training sessions and meetings.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Manage flexible work schedules to match personal and company needs.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old or 17 with a high school diploma.
• Able to start within the next 7–10 days.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fast food, cashier, call center, or administrative roles is an asset.
• Familiarity with home goods or prior sales experience can be beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
