Analyst Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at Frontier Dallas, TX

Position Overview

Frontier is a leader in emerging communications technology, transforming how communities connect. As an Analyst Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at Frontier in Dallas, TX, you will support the Lead SEO by managing all aspects of organic search optimization—from keyword management and meta tag optimization to technical SEO and local listings management—to drive sales growth, customer self-service, and revenue. This in-person role is based at 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the platforms, tools, vendors, and agencies to implement Frontier's SEO strategies driving both onsite and offsite optimization.
• Drive onsite SEO content optimization strategies by collaborating with content and partner teams to develop high-quality content including product copy and blog posts.
• Implement SEO technical optimization, partnering with development and IT teams on meta tag, header, alt text, Core Web Vitals, site performance, crawlability, and site architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with content managers, product managers, and developers to ensure SEO requirements are implemented to specification during QA and user acceptance testing.
• Manage keyword research, performance reporting, backlink strategy, internal search optimization, and local listing placements.
• Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy and related initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing enterprise-level SEO programs with a focus on driving product sales and enhancing online customer support.
• Deep understanding of onsite and offsite SEO optimization techniques including content optimization, site speed and performance, outreach/backlinking, and local listings management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, site tagging, and tracking code and how they impact SEO initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working on UI/UX usability optimization and managing on-site search solutions (e.g., Yext), with a familiarity in App Store Optimization (ASO) being a plus.

• Salary Range: $54,000 to $118,000
