Job Description

Position Overview

As the Manager of HRIS & People Support at Frontier Airlines, you will oversee the administration of our HRIS system (UKG Pro), the onboarding process, and overall employee support. You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning & Development teams to ensure accurate, efficient HR operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment at a leading ultra‐low cost carrier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert responsible for all system administration of the HRIS (including security, workflow, upgrades, and enhancements) while ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Optimize HRIS functionality by developing procedures to validate data integrity and maintain documented processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience with accurate documentation and efficient data entry.
  • Develop and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for employees, contractors, and new hires.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning & Development teams to support seamless HR operations and employee transfers.
  • Identify, create, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reporting on employee data for leadership.
  • Manage special projects and serve as an internal HR consultant as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Onboarding, HRIS management, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with UKG Pro or similar HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidential information and a strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications coupled with excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Experience working with a unionized workforce is a plus.

  • Compensation: $100,104 - $132,870
