What You’ll Do:
As a Client Support Banker, your central responsibility is to establish and maintain significant relationships with clients, utilizing your financial expertise to suggest appropriate solutions that cater to their needs. Your vital role in this dual capacity serves to bolster the branch's success by:
- Nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients by comprehending their financial needs and suggesting relevant products and services
- Combining strengths with internal departments, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialized knowledge
- Using a cash register to serve clients at the teller window and the drive-through banking facility
- The tasks include starting new accounts, overseeing account changes, and aiding clients in maximizing digital banking functionalities
- Noticing potential fraud and alternative operational or financial risks
- Aiding with adherence to bank opening and closing procedures based on shift requirements
- Supporting initiatives that promote community involvement and bank-funded events
Necessary Qualifications for Client Support Banker:
- 6 years of increasingly responsible work experience in data management and analysis
- Prospective applicants must possess a high school diploma or its GED equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills
- Capable of handling weights of up to 50 pounds
