Position Overview

Head of Performance Marketing for a fast-growing healthcare services platform in the Hospital & Health Care industry. The Company, a Privately Held, Private Equity-backed organization, is in search of an SVP, Performance Marketing to spearhead the design, development, and expansion of a centralized customer acquisition engine. This pivotal role is focused on driving measurable patient demand for high-consideration, primarily out-of-pocket services. The candidate will elevate the consumer experience, align marketing and sales processes, and ensure that the patient journey is seamless, data-informed, and centered around care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end consumer acquisition process.
  • Develop and execute an omni-channel marketing strategy.
  • Manage paid media and digital acquisition initiatives.
  • Shape promotion and pricing strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives.
  • Develop creative, data-backed programs for patient acquisition and retention.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Maintain oversight of CRM systems and technology tools for streamlining lead distribution and tracking.
  • Manage and hold agencies accountable to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
