Join LHi Group as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant based in ATX (Financial District). Location: ATX (Financial District)
In this role, you’ll be part of an employee-owned recruitment firm with four specialist, non-competing brands across North America, the UK, and Europe. After another high-performance year, our ATX office is expanding and seeking dynamic individuals ready to kick-start their career in recruitment. Salary: $50,000 + $10,000 guaranteed bonus + uncapped commission.

- Operate as a professional matchmaker between top companies and top talent within a niche market.
- Generate high-volume leads through cold outreach via calls, emails, messaging, and networking with both candidates and clients.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets to meet revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts, salary, and benefit expectations between candidates and clients while consulting on market trends.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients through diverse outreach methods including cold calling and social media engagement.
- Become a market specialist by engaging in industry research and competitor mapping to strategically expand your network.
- Consult clients and candidates through the interview process, managing expectations and facilitating feedback.
- Proactively source both active and passive candidates and clients.
Required Qualifications
- A sales-hungry individual motivated by success and development (previous experience in a sales role or recruitment is viewed favorably).
- Excited about joining a dynamic, startup-feel office backed by a larger organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas quickly, directly, and engagingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships over time.

- Base salary of $50,000 with a starting guarantee of an additional $10,000 base (paid biweekly during training), plus uncapped commission and bonus potential to earn over 70-80K in your first year.
