Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing remote assistance.

- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to enhance clients' travel experiences.
- Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to confirm bookings and updates while maintaining clear communication.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and appointments in compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications
