In this recruiting role, you will drive full-cycle talent acquisition, support HR initiatives, and help create a positive candidate experience while fueling the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities
- Own process and procedures for all internal recruiting functions including talent pipeline development, candidate database maintenance, tracking processes, reporting hiring metrics, and ensuring legally compliant record retention.
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting from requisition to day-one onboarding and new hire data entry.
- Create and implement strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media.
- Manage the Paylocity recruiting module, including updates, data entry, and template maintenance.
- Engage passive candidates via creative sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other resources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, organize and facilitate interview debriefs, and drive the offer process including negotiation.
- Track pipeline data and provide monthly hiring metrics to the HR Director.
- Support HR in onboarding and new hire initiatives through clear communication and proactive updates.
- Assist with internal equity evaluation, compensation trending, and market evaluations to ensure competitive total rewards programs.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and external engagements with educational institutions.
- Maintain the company image on external platforms and manage social media posts regarding open positions.
- Perform additional HR duties and support administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in the manufacturing or automation industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
- Previous experience with HRIS and ATS software.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the United States and must possess a valid state driver license.
- Flexible schedule availability with the ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
