Entry-Level Sales Manager Trainee – Face-to-Face Brand Sales
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: Starting from $850 per week, paid weekly
This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for confident, people-focused individuals driven by results. You will represent major brands at promotional events and retail activations across Dallas. In this role, you will engage face-to-face with customers, develop essential sales skills, and benefit from a structured management trainee program that provides full training and a clear pathway to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands with energy and professionalism at live promotional events.
  • Engage with customers face-to-face to build rapport, deliver key messaging, and drive product interest.
  • Assist with campaign setup, event execution, and visual merchandising.
  • Communicate product details clearly and confidently to support customer decision-making.
  • Support sales efforts through direct interactions, upselling when appropriate, and meeting individual targets.
