Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections.
• Maximize sales potential by applying company selling strategies and fostering lasting customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
• Maintain store appearance by following company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that embodies Newell Brand values.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication.
• Assist in inventory management, control expenses, and implement safety and loss prevention measures.
• Consistently strive to achieve or exceed KPI goals through strategic planning and effective execution.

Required Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: The Maryland base pay range for this position is from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. Salary will be based on prior experience.
