Flexible Customer Service Associate

Position Overview

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services, and overcomes customer objections. This role ensures that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support while also shuttling customers. The position is responsible for preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

Compensation: $17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers regarding their rental needs.
• Actively offer products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Overcome customer objections to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide world-class customer service and sales support.
• Shuttle customers as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids.

Required Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication demonstrating ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Must possess all auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary for the role.
• Ability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
