Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and conduct basic maintenance (e.g., tire rotations, fluid checks).
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Inspect and replace car lights and wipers, check fluid levels, and perform additional service tasks including air filter replacements and chassis lubrication.
• Move between service bays and work in confined spaces while handling tools and equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to the VIOC SuperPro process and achieve certification.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude.
