- Develop and execute the overall go-to-market strategy for H-E-B's retail media initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our retail media offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data analytics, to develop and implement strategic plans for retail media.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making and drive business growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in retail media to ensure H-E-B remains competitive and innovative.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the success of retail media initiatives.
- Manage a team of retail media specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of retail media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for retail media initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Communicate and present strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may impact the success of retail media efforts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the retail media team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to retail media.
- Stay updated on H-E-B's products, services, and offerings to effectively incorporate retail media into overall business strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the retail media strategy to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
