Key Responsibilities

  • Mixing and blending dry/liquid fertilizer & calculating blend sheets
  • Handling all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing of dry/liquid fertilizer
  • Ensuring compliance with all Safety, Environmental, and Operating Standards
  • Operating all dry/liquid plant systems competently
  • Measuring, loading, and offloading bulk tanks
  • Maintaining and accounting for inventory
  • Engaging in a Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Forklift and Loader operating experience
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of delivering on commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Compensation: Salary range for this role in Fresno, CA is between $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Actual salary may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
