Position Overview
Vatica Health is seeking candidates that are highly organized, detail oriented, and adaptable in a fast paced environment for our Field Coordinator I (Healthcare Administrative Assistant) opportunity. In this role, you will work with provider clients and our clinical team to optimize practice workflows and generate a high level of penetration in the office. You will collaborate closely with internal departments (Clinical Consultants, Schedulers, Operations) and provider clients to coordinate patient and provider engagement, ultimately driving practice penetration rates by maintaining practice rosters and ensuring every active patient has a Vatica visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit provider offices to assist with Medical Record transfers
- Work with Clinical Consultants to identify practice workflows and areas of opportunity
- Coordinate with practices to run reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Organize and reconcile patient lists
- Work with Operations and Payer to verify patient eligibility
- Coordinate and maintain scheduling templates for all practices
- Track and maintain a list of patients needing rescheduling and coordinate new appointments with internal teams and clients
- Create shells of visits in the application and maintain site rosters (schedule reconciliation)
Required Qualifications
- Provider office administrative/Medical Assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to travel to provider offices up to 5 days per week
