Key Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with a skilled care team that includes dedicated providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, behavioral health consultants and others to provide quality health services and resources to meet our patients' needs.
  • Assist providers with onsite procedures.
  • Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients.
  • Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments and reviewing medical records.
  • Continue to grow your knowledge base through extensive clinical and technical training with Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program
  • CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience or clinical externship
  • Basic proficiency with EMR (Epic preferred)
  • Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation

Compensation: The pay ranges provided represent the minimum to mid-range for positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including years of experience, educational background, market conditions, and available grant funding.
