Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) for Minneapolis, MN (covering St. Paul and St. Cloud). In this 6–9 month training role—with a guaranteed promotion to Clinical Account Specialist upon successful completion—you will join our innovative Cardiovascular team dedicated to advancing smarter, less invasive, and personalized treatments. You will support physicians and electrophysiology (EP) lab teams by providing expert clinical product, technical assistance, and training with cutting‐edge systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception.
  • Engage with internal and external business partners to formulate effective solutions.
  • Understand EP lab dynamics including interactions with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators.
  • Prioritize and respond to requests effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
  • Respond promptly to daily communications via email and voicemail.
  • Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with local teams and support partners.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and comply with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required by the hire date, or equivalent combinations such as:
    • 2 years of related professional experience with an Associate’s degree
    • 1 year of EP mapping experience with an Associate’s degree
    • Graduation from an accredited academic program or industry prep school focused on EP (with a Bachelor’s degree)
    • Experience from a branch of the US military with an Associate’s degree
  • Priority will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Biology, Biochemistry, Cardiac Function & Interventional Technology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biomedical/Computer/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/General Engineering, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Informatics/Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Physics, or Industrial/Product Design.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
  • The ability to travel up to 40% (overnight locally, regionally, and nationally) is necessary.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge related to cardiac ablation and imaging, technical expertise in EP technology, and strong computer skills are essential.
