  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
  • At least five years of experience in healthcare operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure the best delivery of services to cancer patients.
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare operations for efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide guidance and advice on healthcare regulations and patient privacy requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure quality care for patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and improvements.
  • Monitor trends in healthcare operations and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in the healthcare setting.
  • Participate in training and educational activities to stay current on healthcare operations best practices.
