Overview
Straive is seeking an experienced AI Technology Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered applications and data science solutions. This role combines technical leadership, program management, and hands-on engineering to deliver enterprise AI solutions from concept to production.
Positition
Associate Director / Senior Leadership / Hybrid Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and AI/ML programs
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Drive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) across teams
- Lead architecture design, code reviews, and technical decisions
- Build GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Oversee full-stack development (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Microservices)
- Guide MLOps / LLMOps workflows, deployment, and monitoring
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists
- Collaborate with product, security, business, and architecture teams
- Ensure quality, compliance, performance, and scalability standards
Requirement Qualififcations
- 10+ years in software engineering, data, or AI project delivery
- 3+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI projects
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience (Azure OpenAI, ADF, AKS, Functions, Blob Storage)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, prompt engineering
- Full-stack development experience (React/Angular, Python/Java/Node.js)
- Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience
- Experience delivering production-grade enterprise applications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
