Position Overview

We are excited to add an Associate Account Executive to our sales team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to increase market share by engaging with physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, and related entities. Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base plus commissions based on your experience, educational credentials, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving moderate sales growth of existing accounts with varying levels of supervision.
  • Maintain a high level of customer and patient satisfaction by dedicating the necessary time and attention to each account.
  • Identify new market opportunities and implement marketing strategies to penetrate physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, and related entities.
  • Assist in selecting and delivering presentation content for large group and individual sessions on company products.
  • Provide assistance in resolving reimbursement issues by working within established policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-3 years’ experience in medical, device, or pharmaceutical sales; or strong B2B sales experience
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining high efficiency and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license
