Provider Solutions Specialist

Position Overview

Join Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, as a Provider Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will support and train healthcare providers in utilizing advanced IT solutions across the care continuum. You must reside in the Fredericksburg, VA area. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with system implementation, change management, and support of healthcare technologies for providers.
• Provide training and technical support to physicians and office staff.
• Coordinate service requests and resolve incidents to ensure seamless provider support.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and educational material tailored to healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the provider experience and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Residency in the Fredericksburg, VA area.
• College degree, advanced course studies, or equivalent related experience.
• At least three years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Experience in clinical applications support, technology training, and customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Provider Solutions Specialist or in a similar healthcare IT role.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, clinical applications, and digital workflows.
• Experience in project management and provider relations.
