As a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the supply chain function of our organization by crafting strategies to secure goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver capability to establish, optimize, execute, or transform the organization's supply chain function.
  • Design and implement processes for finding and acquiring products and services.
  • Establish frameworks to manage suppliers and maintain a resilient and sustainable supply chain.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep skills in driving client cost reduction efforts in health care, medical supplies, services, equipment, and operational efficiencies.
  • Understanding of the health supply chain marketplace, supplier focus, and the ability to conduct detailed market assessments.
  • Excellent capability to present opportunities to client executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience in contributing to the delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
  • Ability to apply judgment and select appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations.
  • Proven accountability for meeting targets impacting the immediate team.
  • Experience coordinating the work of junior colleagues or team members as needed.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of health care supply chain experience.
  • Technical skills in areas such as Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
  • Expertise in outsourcing advisory, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of supply chain strategy and operating models, technology landscapes, supplier management, and contracting.
  • Understanding of supply chain sustainability, relationship building, client trust, commercial astuteness, effective communication, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, digital fluency, driving outcomes, hybrid collaboration, and learning agility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work on complex issues and analyze situations or data requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Experience in providing limited supervision on day-to-day work and on non-recurring assignments or projects.
  • Capability to provide general guidance to colleagues who are newer to the role or at a lower level.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range is $97,300 to $178,300 for all geographic locations in the US, and $116,700 to $202,600 for select areas. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography, along with additional benefits such as medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
  • Schedule: Join our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model with an expectation of in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
