Design Studio Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Design Studio Specialist to join the Pottery Barn team. In this role, you will utilize your unique design skills to help bring our customers’ home design dreams to life. The ideal candidate is positive, possesses excellent customer service skills, and has a deep understanding of the furniture and decor industry. You must have a strong eye for design, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize design skills to help bring customers’ home design dreams to life
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
• Leverage a deep understanding of the furniture and decor industry
• Effectively communicate design ideas with clients
• Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in interior design or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• A strong passion for helping customers realize their home design dreams

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in interior design or a related field
