Position Overview

Careri Entertainment is expanding into Nashville and is seeking a reliable and experienced Tour Guide & Manager to lead operations and grow with our team. This is not a quick cash position – it’s a long-term opportunity to build and develop our Nashville branch. Careri Entertainment designs authentic, innovative tours with a strong cultural focus, and we’re excited to bring our vision to Nashville.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tour operations for the Nashville branch.
• Manage itineraries, coordinate guides, and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with the team to foster growth and maintain high service standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a tour guide (mandatory)
• Strong English proficiency (spoken & written)
• Reliability and professionalism
• Ability to manage itineraries, coordinate guides, and oversee daily operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in another language (Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.)

• Compensation: A share of the profits from Nashville operations (TBD with the right candidate)
