Position Overview

Location: Oak Lawn, Dallas, Texas

Compensation: $45,000 + uncapped commission from day 1 ($75k OTE)

Our Dallas team is growing and we are looking for Recruitment Consultants specializing in industries such as banking & finance, regulatory & legal, energy & infrastructure, and life sciences. Many of our Recruitment Consultants come from various educational and professional backgrounds and have seen their success skyrocket with our award-winning training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates within industry specializations.
  • Networking to develop new business with potential clients while maintaining connections with existing clients ranging from startups to Fortune 10 companies.
  • Acting as a consultant for both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
