Job Description

Position Overview

Location: 200 N. Laura Street, 8th & 9th Floor, 32202 Jacksonville, Florida

The world of work is changing… short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work! At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want – in over 120 countries across the globe! Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network.

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries as you create and maintain your own community within the center, taking care of all administrative and support needs so that your customers can focus on running their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and check that no details have been overlooked by the cleaners.
  • Assist customers with varied requests such as changing WiFi codes, handling package deliveries, providing directions, setting up projectors, and ensuring printing or invoicing needs are met.
  • Monitor service charges and invoice accuracy by ensuring proper assignment of costs for all services rendered.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize and promote center events, including planning, writing e‑invites, and putting up posters for networking events.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including sorting mail, coordinating customer calls, and addressing facility concerns (such as adjusting room temperatures or opening service tickets).
  • Ensure the workspace is orderly and that customers are guided appropriately as they wrap up their meetings and prepare to leave.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships, with ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of problems and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to adapt to fast-changing situations.
  • Experience and confidence in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years of age.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Hourly rate of $17.51 plus a quarterly bonus plan program.
  • Benefits: Work life balance with no standard nights or weekends, generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation), and 11 paid company holidays per calendar year in addition to PTO accrual.
  • Competitive 401K program with a company match.
  • Affordable and comprehensive health care options for full‑time team members (with some plan options for part‑time employees).
  • A bright, professional, and inspiring work environment with training and development opportunities for career growth.
  • A professional workplace community where business casual attire is required.
