Position Overview

As a Customer Advocate, you will deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes, reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. This role requires availability 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm and offers significant career and performance-based growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers (ample training provided).
  • Load and unload vehicles, and perform regular safety inspections on the hauler.
  • Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes in the tracking system.
  • Uphold a clean driving record and adhere to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Obtain required certifications (e.g., Notary, Chauffeur’s license, or Vehicle Verifier license) within mandated timeframes.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including walking/standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must obtain state-specific certifications such as a Notary certification (within 90 days), a Chauffeur’s license (for Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri), or a Vehicle Verifier license (for California) as applicable.
  • Strong proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Excellent visual acuity, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
