Location: High Focus Centers - Lansdale, PA

High Focus Centers, a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania, offers comprehensive, individualized care through its specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring disorders.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Adult Counselor to join our Lansdale team. This role focuses on delivering individual therapy to adult clients in an outpatient setting. Position Overview

The Adult Counselor is responsible for:

• Providing individual outpatient therapy to adult clients
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
• Collaborating with family members, medical providers, and referral sources as appropriate
• Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as necessary
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in clinical meetings and contributing to care coordination
• Supporting program goals and additional clinical duties as needed

Qualifications

Required: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field with the completion of a clinical based internship.

Preferred: Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania

Preferred: Experience providing therapy to adults in outpatient behavioral health settings
