Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn across all marketing disciplines. As a Marketing Generalist, you will contribute to a wide variety of tasks, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, event coordination, and more. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Create compelling email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer communications.
- Help develop and write marketing content for the website, blogs, landing pages, and ads.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials for both digital and print.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Assist with organizing and executing events, both virtual and in-person, to engage with current and potential clients.
- Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Support the development of case studies, white papers, and other marketing collateral.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with a strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
