Position Summary
PLM Fleet is in need of a Entry level Microsoft Developer to join our team. This position will allow you to be a part of a results-driven work environment that provides an opportunity to work with and learn from proven leadership in a dynamic growing company that offers an outstanding record of growth, stability, and a wide variety of exciting and rewarding career paths. Selected candidates will be trained on-the-job and absorbed into our technology department in areas such as Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, SQL and other Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support custom applications.
- Lead or participate in training sessions for end-users and create training materials.
- Coding fixes and new software development.
- Provide End user support using the helpdesk platform.
- Create requirements while working with business owners.
- Managing and supporting production and test systems.
- Must be willing to learn new/ updated technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge on Object Oriented Programming concepts.
- Strong knowledge on Database concepts.
- Basic programming knowledge on any programming language/s e.g. C/ C++/Java/.Net/ HTML5/ Java Script/ CSS3/ Open source/ Databases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with remote teams.
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance application capabilities.
- Develop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business needs.
- Design and develop queries, reports and dashboards.
- Design and configure development modules, custom object and forms.
- Administer application development platforms, including updating security and workflow configurations.
- Assist importing data and creating custom scripts.
