Position Overview

As part of its transformational IDM 2.0 strategy and a transformative ERP project, the End-to-End Supply Chain Data Solutions organization is seeking a dynamic and driven business analyst with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and ERP systems – with a focus on both factory direct and indirect Warehouse Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of business process solutions for internal clients and business units.
  • Define needs, strategize, and plan project delivery to modify or create internal processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze business needs and design process flows, including creating diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Validate idea feasibility, conduct design due diligence, and evaluate business value and risks.
  • Drive end-to-end testing, validation, and sign-off for complex implementations while providing technical advice on industry standards and configuration parameters.
  • Participate in training/adoption, manage business process changes, and support reporting/analytics activities.
  • Establish key performance indicators, including scorecards and dashboards, to measure progress in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, vendors, and partner organizations to deliver project milestones such as requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, documentation, and training.
  • Represent and recommend solutions based on the requirements definition and expert learnings within the project focus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience in business analysis, project management, and/or ramp management.
  • Solid expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and ERP systems with a focus on Warehouse Management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex data concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Note: This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4, SAP EWM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP S/4 MDG, or other related software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in creating business process flows/SIPOCs.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles; Lean/Six Sigma Certifications are a plus.
  • Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification, or equivalent, is preferred.
