Position Overview

We are expanding our national sales team and seeking motivated, relationship-driven Independent Healthcare Sales Representatives to introduce providers to RxHealing’s suite of advanced wound care and remote monitoring solutions.

This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for high performers, self-starters, and those who thrive on uncapped earnings. Our team provides training, ongoing support, and multiple revenue streams to help you succeed quickly.

What You'll Promote

You will represent a powerful set of clinically proven and revenue-supporting solutions, including:

  • Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) & Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)
  • Amniotic membrane grafts for chronic and complex wounds
  • XsonX wound debridement tool
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for wound and mobility support
  • Regenerative products & advanced medical devices

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinics, pharmacies, and wound care centers.
  • Educate providers on clinical benefits, reimbursement models, and patient eligibility.
  • Manage onboarding, practice support, and ongoing account growth.
  • Track outreach and activity using CRM tools (Salesforce provided).
  • Coordinate with RxHealing’s clinical, billing, and support teams for seamless integration.
  • Represent RxHealing’s values of integrity, innovation, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Medical, pharmaceutical, wound care, DME, or lab sales experience.
  • Advantageous: Existing provider, clinic, or NP relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to navigate objections and build long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.
  • Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel locally (up to 50%); occasional evening/weekend events.

Compensation Range

  • $4,000–$12,000+ per month

  • $5–$15 per patient/month on remote care enrollments
  • Commissions on grafts, XsonX tools, and DME orders
