Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare clear and accurate reports, charts, and presentation materials for internal and external use
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software tools to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Draft, compile, and distribute reports, memos, and internal communications in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and archived records to ensure easy retrieval and up-to-date documentation
- Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls or messages to appropriate team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Administrative Support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
