Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare clear and accurate reports, charts, and presentation materials for internal and external use
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software tools to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Draft, compile, and distribute reports, memos, and internal communications in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and archived records to ensure easy retrieval and up-to-date documentation
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls or messages to appropriate team members as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Administrative Support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
