We are currently recruiting for two exciting roles within our Financial Crimes team – a Software Engineering Manager for our Unified KYC Platform and a Software Engineer for our Customer Sanctions Screening ecosystem. In these roles, you will utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and supporting the Unified KYC Platform.
- Guide excellent coding practices and make solid software design decisions.
- Manage release schedules and coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive cross-team strategic initiatives to ensure efficient delivery of business value.
- Foster career development and technical growth among team members.
Software Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain best-in-class software products.
- Take full-stack ownership, writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, and high-performance software designs.
- Conduct code reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain engineering best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, operational, and quality standards.
- Collaborate across teams using agile and DevOps methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Software Engineering Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of relevant technical experience and 5+ years of engineering team leadership.
- 10+ years’ experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
- 5+ years of experience in REST API & Springboot design and development.
- Proficiency with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
Software Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 2+ years in a relevant role.
- 3+ years’ experience with .Net Core/C# web applications and services.
- 3+ years’ experience using MS SQL Server and MS Azure Cloud.
- 3+ years’ experience with DevOps and monitoring tools such as Jenkins, Git, AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, and PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot application errors in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Software Engineering Manager:
- Experience with Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
- Understanding of how technical and engineering strategies align with business strategy.
Software Engineer:
- Adeptness with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Fundamental understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Proven ability to communicate processes and results effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Compensation: Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00, plus incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401(k)/employer-funded retirement plan.

- Hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3+ days per week.
