Position Overview
Quality Resource Management, LLC (QRM) is an inbound call center focused on customer service and benefits compliance. We are currently seeking highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individuals for a temporary, remote Customer Service Representative role supporting catastrophe relief efforts. In this role, you will help improve the customer experience during difficult times by providing prompt, empathetic, and accurate support throughout the claims process. Shifts are available Sunday – Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.
- Offers empathy and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collects and documents all claim details accurately.
- Identifies and resolves customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizes call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Must own a computer with at least 8GB RAM and a cell phone; a headset is preferred.
- Adherence to technical requirements: private network (US-based logins), no VPN usage, and completion of a Speedtest and System Hardware Check upon hire.
- Must be authorized to work in the country and willing to undergo a background investigation and drug test.

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to work flexible hours during catastrophe relief efforts.
