As the Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you are a strategic contributor responsible for the marketing success of some of FDB’s most impactful and innovative solutions. This role blends deep healthcare domain knowledge with modern B2B marketing expertise to translate complex clinical and software concepts into compelling stories that drive demand, engagement, and adoption. This is a hybrid role based out of either the South San Francisco, California or Carmel, Indiana office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines and act as the marketing liaison with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and subject matter experts.
  • Innovation: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools, account-based marketing platforms, and emerging B2B strategies while experimenting with new digital formats.
  • Product Launch & Growth Enablement: Lead planning and execution for new products and solution enhancements, develop messaging frameworks, and create sales enablement materials.
  • Content & Communications: Craft exceptional product narratives, thought leadership content, and translate complex clinical, technical, and business concepts into engaging messaging.
  • Market Intelligence & Optimization: Collaborate on market research, define key performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Travel: Travel within the US 6–12 times per year for tradeshows, FDB offices, and industry events.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies for complex products with clinical, regulatory, or high-value sales cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Adept at managing external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience writing for executive and clinical audiences; must generate high-quality written content independently.
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience in healthcare IT, digital health, clinical technology, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing strategies, including ABM and generative AI tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation, demand generation, and digital marketing tools.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 for hires in San Francisco, CA; salary will be aligned to location and based on skills and experience.
