As a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline, you will shape innovative HR strategies, transform HR operations to boost business outcomes, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage risk in a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies and solutions
- Manage HR operations and services effectiveness
- Lead project delivery and oversee budget and performance goals
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in leading and guiding teams to success
- Recent experience in a client-facing role at a consulting firm
- Proficiency in process optimization and automation
- Expertise in digital strategy development
- Skill in designing HR performance metrics and measuring their impact
- Understanding of the HR technology landscape
- Experience driving HR strategy and operating model design
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulation awareness
- Familiarity with risk management in HR quality and operations
- Ability to analyze organizational and workforce dynamics
- Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment (approximately three days per week in-person)
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial savvy with effective change management skills
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and/or SuccessFactors
- Commitment to sustainability and creating client trust and value
- Excellent communication skills with negotiation and influence capabilities
- Sector-specific knowledge
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Comprehensive package with base salary ranges of $145,800 to $333,100 for all US locations and $174,900 to $378,400 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), determined by education, experience, skills, and geography.
- Schedule: Team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model expecting in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement.
