As a Remote Social Media Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging consumers on our various social media properties by providing pre-purchase guidance, offering post-purchase support, and interacting through channels such as email, chat, ratings and reviews, brand answers, and social messaging. Positive interactions are essential for driving brand loyalty. Compensation: $35 per hour | Contract Length: No fixed term. This remote position is open to candidates across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on various social media channels including email, chat, ratings and reviews, brand answers, and messaging platforms.
- Provide pre-purchase guidance and post-purchase support to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Foster brand loyalty through positive and effective interactions.
Required Qualifications
