Position Overview

We work on both interior and exterior, commercial and residential projects, with a mission to transform our clients' visions into reality. We are partnering with BCforward, a Management Consulting Services firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with 5,000 to 9,999 employees and founded in 1998. BCforward provides business application and software solutions, personnel staffing, human resource services, and business process outsourcing programs.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class customer service experience and timely resolution to client inquiries and concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Availability to work from home and/or in person
- High school diploma
- Willingness to work weekends if needed
- Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement – training provided
- Customer Support Representatives are the frontline of a company’s customer service, handling queries, complaints and providing general advice to customers.
- They are often the first point of contact and their main goal is to provide excellent customer service and help maintain a company’s reputation.
- They have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, chat, etc.
- Identify the needs of the customer to provide a suitable solution
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
