AI Conversation Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Conversation Designer to join our team Location: New York, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for creating seamless and intuitive conversational experiences for various platforms. Your expertise in interaction design and conversational AI will help deliver exceptional user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational AI experiences tailored to meet user needs and business goals.
• Create and refine interaction flows and logic for web pages and online platforms.
• Develop web forms and optimize user interactions for seamless consumer-to-business (C2B) engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design and functionality.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and address areas for improvement in the conversation design.
• Analyze user behavior data to refine and enhance conversational experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in AI and interaction design.
• Document and communicate design strategies and decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the scalability and efficiency of AI-driven interactions for diverse use cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues to maintain high-quality user experiences.
