Position Overview
Envista, a renowned dental corporation partnering with dental professionals to create confidence through healthy, beautiful smiles, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its implantology business, Nobel Biocare. This full remote opportunity (with the offer available from Poland) is ideal for candidates looking to take their first steps into the industry. You will provide essential customer service to dental professionals, supported by comprehensive product training and continuous guidance. The role is based in Prague on a hybrid model, andrelocation supportwill be provided for candidates not currently residing in the Czech Republic.
Key Responsibilities
- Together with a team of 7 members, support the market for Benelux.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and commercial teams.
- Manage order processing – receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
- Handle complaints and other client requests.
- Respond to inquiries primarily via phone or email (CRM).
Required Qualifications
- C2 in Dutch and fluent in English.
- Customer centric approach.
- Good communication skills – efficient, friendly and positive.
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
