Position Overview

Entry‑Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) is designed for early‑career individuals from backgrounds such as retail, fast food, serving, warehouse/blue‑collar work, or customer service who are looking for a long‑term sales career rather than a temporary summer job. This role begins with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp where you will work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8‑10 hours per day, in‑person door‑to‑door. You will be operating in assigned neighborhoods, which may require relocation and shared housing during the ramp (Location: various U.S. markets). If you meet performance expectations, you will transition into an ongoing, quota‑carrying sales role with a clear leadership track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our pest control services.
  • Use a proven script to handle objections and close new customer sales.
  • Work during the summer ramp, attending daily morning training and role‑plays with your team lead.
  • After the ramp, manage your own territory as an ongoing sales representative, meeting established weekly and monthly quotas.
  • Track your daily activities and results including door counts, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available full‑time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approximately May–August, 6 days/week).
  • Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during the ramp.
  • Comfortable with a commission‑only pay structure and meeting weekly/monthly sales quotas.
