Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential business clients via phone, email, and other approved outreach channels
• Introduce Momentus's services and open conversations with prospective decision-makers
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system
• Follow outreach scripts and training guidelines while working toward daily and weekly goals
• Collaborate with team members to meet activity targets and share best practices

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required — paid training is provided
• Strong communication skills by phone and email, with a professional tone
• Organized, dependable, and motivated by achieving goals
• Ability to take and apply feedback in a team-based environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
