Job Description

A company is looking for an End Point Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Support and improve Mobile Device Management (MDM) processes and asset lifecycle management
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation while collaborating with IT teams

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree: required (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 3-5+ years: of related IT support experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification: required; higher certification preferred
  • Experience: with desktop administration and end-user support
  • Familiarity: with IT asset management and inventory control
