Job Description
A company is looking for an End Point Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Support and improve Mobile Device Management (MDM) processes and asset lifecycle management
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation while collaborating with IT teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree: required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3-5+ years: of related IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification: required; higher certification preferred
- Experience: with desktop administration and end-user support
- Familiarity: with IT asset management and inventory control
